Raised in an evergreen paradise
I'm a person born out of love
Making my way to my destiny
Thinking that the sun will shine infinitely.
I took everything for granted
Foolishly spending time on things that I wanted
Little did I know,
The sun losing its glow.
It's very dark, like I'm in a labyrinth
I ran to find my way out, ending up catching my breath,
I tried to shout
And get answered my conscience mocking me out.
I almost give up
Letting go of the idea that someone would come to pick me up.
And then I realized, I wasn't alone,
For He could never let someone live forlorn.
As the sun rises in the East,
I saw the light again and my father having a feast
For His daughter that was once lost,
Has now been found and has felt that she as love most.
